Ordering On-Line

With a One Purrfect Place Account (which is very easy to set up), you can easily place an order by following the sections of information for Billing and Shipping. If you want to wait to place an order, the items will remain in your shopping cart for up to 14 days. At any time during the 14 days, you may see what is in your shopping cart while logged under your account by clicking View Cart.

Ordering Guarantee

  • All orders are processed immediately.
    You will receive an Order Acknowledgement Email immediately after placing a completed order.
    You will receive an Order Shipped Acknowledgement Email once the order has left the kitty depot.
    P.O. Boxes are not considered a deliverable address because the packages are too large to deliver to a P.O. Box.

International Ordering

Military Bases - APO/FPO Addresses

We ship all packages via the United States Postal Service to military centers that the military service then forwards to the base. Please allow at least 7 weeks for delivery. Follow these instructions for shipping to an APO or FPO address Shipping To:
  • Enter the full name and address in the relevant fields.
    Where: Enter APO or FPO in the City field.
    Stationed: Enter AE in the State field if the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East. Enter AA if the recipient is stationed in the Americas. Enter AP if the recipient is stationed in Asia or the Pacific.
    Always select "United States" from the Country drop-down menu.

Shipping Guarantee

  • All orders are immediately processed and an Order Acknowledgement Email is immediately sent once the order is finalize.
    You will receive an Order Shipped Acknowledgement Email once the order has left our Kitty Depot.
    All orders are dispatched from our Kitty Depot within 3 to 4 days from order, unless the order is backordered. If the order is backordered, we will send an Order Backordered Email immediately to let you know of its short delay.
    We ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) Monday thru Friday, for excellent tracking services. Shipping to the APO/FPO, we will ship United States Postal Service.
    Holidays are the exception. Kitty will have to wait until the next business day for shipments. During the Christmas season, we will post the important shipping rules from Santa.
    You can track your order once you have received your shipping email with the tracking information.
    P.O. Boxes are not considered a deliverable address because the packages are too large to deliver to a P.O. Box.

Shipping To Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories

All orders for Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories of course require Air Delivery, these orders could take a bit longer.

Shipping to Different Addresses

If you wish to send your complete order to a different address than the billing address, please enter it in the shipping address area.

Shipping for Several Orders

Our system allows you to make additional orders once completing each order. If you would like to send a playhouse to two or more shipping addresses, we must ask that you create a separate order for each.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive your shipping information with your tracking number via email within a few days after ordering.

Delivery Issues

Imagine your little kitty having to wait because of a delivery issue! Here are some reasons to be on the lookout for deliveries:
  • UPS usually makes 3 attempts to deliver a package. Have the kitty or (kitties) of the house look out for the deliveries.
    We do not ship to P.O. Boxes because of the size of our packages. Please work out another location to use as your shipping address.
    Gift shipments – please let all kitties and their families know that a package is coming to their address so the package is not refused if they are not aware of it. Their kitty would not be happy.

Return Policy

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction – therefore, if you are not satisfied with your One Purrfect Place Playhouse, you may return it for a replacement or refund, minus shipping charges. In addition, if the package is undeliverable, we will issue a full refund on the product minus shipping charges. The refund policy is guaranteed for 30 days from product delivery date.

Keep Your Shipping Statement (shipping invoice)

Please follow the instructions for returning a playhouse: There is a return address on shipping invoice with order number. You should be able to use the original shipping box. You may choose to ship it back via the U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service. Please return the merchandise to the following address:
